God does not need a cause or reason or think or plan or say any word to create this universe or everything. It’s all is the essence of God, Like the Fragrance & Color Red, which is the essence of Rose. Rose does not need to think or plan or say any word to appear as red & produce its fragrance, these are just rose’s attributes/essence. Water does not need to think, plan or say any word to become Wet. Wetness is the essence of Water. The same applies to God & Universe. The universe is the essence/attribute of God.
